Returns deployed DotNS web id store bindings (LabelStore/UserStore), optionally filtered by address (H160) or account_id (Substrate account id/SS58 resolved through chain_accounts.evm_address). Results are ordered by latest binding block descending, paginated with row default 100 and max 100. This API only supports networks with EVM pallet(revive) on Asset Hub.
