Resolves one account's DotNS web id store binding and returns dot_ids with the current .dot names owned by that account. Provide either address (H160) or account_id (Substrate account id/SS58 resolved through chain_accounts.evm_address). This API only supports networks with EVM pallet(revive) on Asset Hub.
